The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing personalized services to Aspire Lifestyles Client’s customers in a fast-paced, home-based call center environment. The CSR provides high-quality customer service by handling inbound customer calls inquiring about debit card accounts and by offering additional assistance and services that meet or exceed the Client’s time and quality expectations.

This position requires executing card-member requests promptly and accurately, as well as responding to inquiries, by focusing on understanding Aspire Lifestyles' client service policies, systems, and legal compliance regulations as well as services.

Standard operating hours for this program are 24/7/365. Part-time Customer Service Representatives will work 15-34 hours weekly. Weekend and holiday work is required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Handles customer requests on behalf of Aspire Lifestyles' client, from home office via phone.
  • Answers inbound telephone calls responding to customer inquiries and questions related to their debit card accounts.
  • Conducts initial customer assessment by gathering necessary information to document and resolve customer needs.
  • Represents client in a professional, courteous manner.
  • Uses client systems for handling customer information proficiently.
  • Attends meetings and trainings as required to obtain new and pertinent information about the client and their services.
  • Applies high-quality customer service guidelines while servicing customers.

Speller Web Content Assessor

This task will involve research to determine the most likely intent of the query to help determine the best spell correction.
 

Ad Assessor

This project is a platform that supports online advertising products. This task is to help train search algorithms for the platform. This is a work from home position requiring attentive and motivated individuals. It involves labeling websites based on given criteria. The successful candidate will work within a web-based application comparing user search engine queries and advertiser keywords with website landing pages. The Ad Assessor must judge the relevancy and relationship between the page itself and the query, keyword and ad snippets on the page.

Internet Crowd Worker

Social Media Internet Assessor

As a Social Media Internet Assessor, your ultimate goal will be to contribute toward making internet search more exciting, relevant and interesting for all end users in the United States. You will play a part in improving the quality of one of the largest search engines in the world.

The internet has now become the powerhouse of all information–everything you need to find or explore can be found on the internet–yet how can we be sure this information is entirely up to date or relevant?

This is where you can contribute.

We are looking for creative thinkers who enjoy browsing the internet and would like to express their opinion on the quality and content of what is currently out there on the web. You will be provided with guidelines and scoring criteria on how best to evaluate an internet search result.

We are currently seeking people who have a strong interest in Social Media, specifically those with an active Gmail and Google+ Account, and familiarity with other forms of social media and Google products.

GAME TESTER

This is a work from home opportunity with the chance to work on exciting new products and services not yet released to market. Experience of setting up and configuring testing environments is required for this role, as configuration & setup of customer third-party applications is required. A background of Games testing is preferred for this opportunity. Candidates must be familiar with playing games on the latest game consoles and have a passion for online gaming.

Candidates must be bi-lingual with fluent English a requirement for this role. All project correspondence and results will be delivered in English.

You must be able to commit up to 20 hours per week for this opportunity and have access to a fast speed broadband connection and Personal Computer capable of running the latest online games.  A secure safe work environment is a must for this opportunity with a proven track record of delivering quality results.
